15. Problem:
The unit does not turn on – the Power LED on the front panel does not light up and the unit cannot be accessed
by any external devices.
Solutions:
Check the power connections and cables.
Contact your vendor for assistance.
Note: Do not open the Video Gateway. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
16. Problem:
The unit disconnects from and reconnects to the MultiClient every few minutes.
Solutions:
Check that the external LAN connection is connected to the Ethernet Out connector on the rear of the
unit.
Contact your vendor for assistance.
17. Problem:
The internal speaker on the HVG is enabled but sound that is transmitted from a client device is not audible.
Solution:
Ensure that the Mute button on the rear of the unit is turned off.
